Description

A fragrant, mint-family herb with a minty, slightly camphory flavor, hyssop has been used for centuries in cooking and in traditional medicine for respiratory issues. It also is renound for its role in symbolic purification in the Bible and folk magic.

We use it in teas, honeys, in the bath, and in cleansing sprays.
