Ormskirk Cabbage

Description

A long season cabbage for the hoophouse, greenhouse, or a protected area. This classic English heritage variety is known for its green crinkled leaves, exceptional winter hardiness, and sweet, nutty flavor. Deeply savoyed, puckered blue-green outer leaves with pale, firm hearts. Extraordinarily tough; withstands heavy frost, wet weather, and harsh winters down to -15°C without splitting.
