Description

18″–36″ long, 1″–4″ wide, with light green skin, pale green with longitudinal furrows; most flavorful and tender when picked between 12″ and 18″ long. Burpless, nearly seedless, and more tolerant of heat than most cucumbers. Sometimes called serpent cucumber or yard long, it is technically a variety of melon. A long production period means harvesting right into fall.
